Dr Marisse is great! She takes the time to get to know you. Ask all the questions that others don’t. She listens to whatever questions, comments, or concerns you might have. I’ve been recommending her to all my friends and family. 10/10

Wow! This is how healthcare should be. I feel like not telling others would be greedy. The amazing care of Dr. Marisse is worth it many times over. She doesn’t rush you out. Everything I read about her and her practice is true. I drive 20 miles to see her and I would drive even further. Seriously, it’s worth it. I like the DPC model instead of the insurance craziness. Not only that, but it makes way more sense to continually be a client. Upper Echelon’s model isn’t something I was familiar with, but seriously as many visits as you need, plus services from others at cost/wholesale…I mean, come on…this is an industry game changer. I could go on and on, but I’ll spare you. The care and service is superb and efficient. Booking an appointment is easy and convenient. Oh and on top of all that, I love their office. It’s clean and modern and has a really nice vibe. So glad I found them!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Marisse and Upper Echelon Medical Center. After years of regular bloodwork with other doctors, she was the first to catch my vitamin D deficiency — something no one else had ever noticed. That discovery alone has made a huge difference in how I feel. Her accessibility and commitment to her patients are incredible. The membership model makes everything so easy — I can message her directly, get quick responses, and even schedule same-day appointments when needed. I highly recommend her and her team for anyone looking for attentive, thorough care.

You know how you constantly switch hair salons in search of the perfect hair stylist who understands exactly what you want and can deliver? The one who you show a picture to and it turns out exactly like it and and how you want it? Well, that's what I found with Dr. Marisse, but for something much more important, my health! It's easy to get comfortable in certain circumstances, even if it's not the best for you, because it's familiar and you know what to expect. That's how I was with my health care. I knew it would take weeks, even months if I needed a specialist, to make an appointment. I knew when I got to my appointment, I'd be packed in a waiting room with people who had the same appointment time or even earlier ones than me. I knew when I met with my doctor, I would spend 8 minutes getting reacquainted with her while she read through my charts. Then the final 2 minutes would be spent on the actual appointment. Often, it wasn't even my doctor, but whatever PA was available that day. I didn't know there was any other option, until I found Upper Echelon Medical and Dr. Marisse. I actually heard her name from my mother-in-law a few years ago. She's with Kaiser Permanente and mentioned her former doctor recommended plantbased whole foods as an option. Once I heard that, I knew Dr. Marisse was speaking my language. But for those of you who aren't into all that, she's definitely trained and well-versed in traditional medicine too. The only thing that kept me from contacting her sooner was her "membership model." I had no clue what that was or how it worked. After years of dealing with conventional doctors and going through insurance, that's what I was used to, what I was familiar with. I'm truly grateful I discovered Upper Echelon Medical and Dr. Marisse this past month, as someone who had not visited their primary care provider in years or had any type of check up recently, it was nice to easily become a member of UEM and make an appointment with virtually no wait time. During my first visit, Dr. Marisse made me feel comfortable and heard, she sat with me for about 45 minutes and never rushed me out even when I had further questions, followed by a comprehensive email with a step by step guide to improve any issues I was having and how to maintain healthy habits long term. I also got my blood work done thanks to her amazing assistant Karla, who is always super responsive and accommodating and received my results back within one day. As someone who is trying to fully lock in on their health, it has been reassuring to know that they're available over text and email during business hours and make you feel cared for as a patient, I'm glad I became a member!

I am grateful I found Dr. Marisse. I learned about Upper Echelon Medical at a health fair a couple years ago. I was intrigued by this refreshing business model but decided to hold off and just continue care with my conventional doctors. Recently I realized I need a different level of care to meet my health goals and scheduled a complementary meet and greet with Dr Marisse. She shared about her practice’s holistic, health focused approach where they aim to prevent disease rather than trying to cure it. She talked about addressing the root causes of things, not just symptoms. She can work alongside my existing medical specialists as well. I appreciated her philosophy and felt so comfortable with her that I signed up with my family the next day. I’ve already had my first visit and got lab work done in their office at a wholesale rate. After my visit she sent an email detailing all the things we discussed and a custom fit plan just for me. Her office responds in a very timely manner. Karla in the front office is kind, efficient and knowledgeable too. I’m actually partnering with this doctor on my health and that feels really good to me. Thank you Dr. Marisse. This is like the Nordstrom of health care. I highly recommend.

Upper Echelon Medical in Fullerton is incredible! My husband has a membership here, and they are so thorough. The doctor and staff truly took the time to get to know him and his health history without making us feel rushed. On top of the fantastic, invested care, their lab orders are incredibly economical. So glad we found this practice

Upper Echelon is amazing! I've been telling all of my family about it so far! Dr.Marisse was so kind and explained everything in a way which is perfect for me to understand. I was happy with how long and detailed our first meeting was. It made me feel secure in the fact that I will be receiving both quality care and support. The fact that an all women team was present also made me feel strongly about my experience. Everyone was truly amazing and I can't wait to go back!

I just started my membership with Dr. Marisse and her lovely staff, including Shawna and Kayla. They are all so wonderful. I love how quick they are. My first appointment they were all so kind and sensitive. Dr. Marisse listened to my ranting patiently, lol. I also joke a lot, and they laugh at my jokes - they are very down to earth, yet educated and professional. They made me feel welcome from the start. Dr. Marisse is very educated. Our first appointment, and she provided me more information than any doctor I had before her. I do appreciate and like how she is very thorough, especially wanting to get to the root cause of the issue and explaining alternative ways we can heal our parasympathetic nervous system. I had never heard of that before, but I did my research afterwards, and I knew she was more than just a regular doctor. The next day, they scheduled blood work, and again, they were very quick. I was in and out without any waiting. It's not something I'm used to. I do love that they have upfront pricing, unlike insurance companies that can give you surprise bills after your visit. I look forward to working with them on my health journey. I am excited to see how I can heal myself, especially with the health concerns that I've been struggling with for many years. Dr. Marisse and her team are very special! I'm very inspired, motivated, and determined to get my health on track and to take accountability for myself with their medical expertise.

I appreciate Dr. Marisse spending quality time with me during my appointment. It felt like she was really listening to my concerns and genuinely wanting to help. I also really loved the email she sent over summarizing our visit and the homework she gave me. I left the office feeling great and looking forward to my continued visits with her as my doctor.
